We produced an important live stream virtual event that reached one hundred participants. We rented the space for two days: one for the virtual event rehearsal, and another for the broadcast. The space was clean and had everything we needed: great internet, flexible tables, whiteboards, and chair setup that made it easy - and coffee and snacks were a nice touch. Very easy to find the location, and it was easy for our participants to access the space. Rob generously allowed us to preview the space and helped us create a plan for the best camera and speaker setups that met our needs while keeping Covid spacing. Space was clean, roomy, and pre-set up for our virtual event as discussed. We needed a relatively quiet space for the live stream, and while I read in another review that there were some bridge noises, they weren't noticeable at all for us. While tech support was not included, Rob arranged for a back up internet connection, lent us cables, and was really instrumental in our successful live virtual event. We’ve already recommended this space to others, and we will use it again for future broadcast events and other team meetings.

The space was as advertised, and Rob was great at following up whenever I asked anything. He was also readily available whenever needed, and it was nice to have coffee and water cups readily available. While there were many creative parts to the room that we didn't use, the space looked like a great resource for fun team activities. I wish there had been more information about how to actually find the room. Rob came down to let us in as soon as we called, but the outside of the building has no indication that there is a meeting room inside and the Peerspace page didn't mention that it would be difficult to find. More signage or information prior to the session would have helped with this. The space was very cool, but not ideal for a team whiteboarding session. There were occasionally noises from the bridge area that made it difficult to hear, and one of the whiteboards barely erased. Still, it was spacious for our group of 15 and it was nice to have the sunshine and water view from the room. For more creative and fun sessions, I'd totally recommend this space! It was nice to be within walking distance of Ballard, perfect for post-session hangouts, and Rob was great to work with.
