This meeting space can fit up to 50 attendees with all the bells and whistles for a great meeting. Creative Conference/event space for everybody that is looking for that special environment. From brain storming sessions to deep dive training to hosting your teams of a lunch, this space provides you with inspirational tools. With you in mind, we have designed spaces that will work for you and your team. We will assist with your event needs and make sure everything is considered. We only offer full day rentals on Saturdays, for a daily rate of $4,999.00 from 8AM to 5PM.
Additional Services: If ordered through the venue, all food and beverage must be ordered no later than five (5) business days prior to your event. A final guarantee is required three (3) business days in advance. If a guarantee is not provided, the contracted numbers will be used as the guarantee. All late orders subject to availability and will be assessed a 10% surcharge. To ensure the superior service of Venue, 25% service charge will be added to all food, beverage, and audiovisual costs. Labor Charge: In the case on-site changes are requested, additional labor fees may be assessed. Boxes: We will gladly receive the supplies necessary for any function. The shipment of such material will be accepted no sooner than 3 days prior to the function. A nominal-handling fee of $5.00 per box, up to 50 lbs., ensures their delivery to your preferred location. Signage and Banners: Signs and banners are not permitted in the common areas. In an effort to maintain appearances, the attachment of these items to function/meeting room walls, floors, ceilings or curtains is also prohibited.
Our team couldn't have chosen a better venue and venue staff to execute our meeting event. We had many requirements and many moving parts, but Sara and Ashley were always on top of it and available to answer all of our questions. The space is very up-to-date, technically advanced, modern and sleek. They handled our A/V and catering requirements perfectly. We'll definitely be using them for future events!
