This room is 2,190 sq ft, ideal for your next presentation or event for up to 100 people seated theater style. Up to 100 Chairs are included in the space rental, but additional seating is available at an extra charge. We are a contemporary alternative to the standard event space environment: an ultra-modern walk-in place that provides creative event and meeting space. From brain storming sessions to deep dive training to hosting your teams of a lunch this space provides you with inspirational tools. We only offer all day bookings on Saturdays, for a flat fee of $4,999.00 for the day, 8AM to 5PM.
Additional Services: If ordered through the venue, all food and beverage must be ordered no later than five (5) business days prior to your event. A final guarantee is required three (3) business days in advance. If a guarantee is not provided, the contracted numbers will be used as the guarantee. All late orders subject to availability and will be assessed a 10% surcharge. To ensure the superior service of Venue, 25% service charge will be added to all food, beverage, and audiovisual costs. Labor Charge: In the case on-site changes are requested, additional labor fees may be assessed. Boxes: We will gladly receive the supplies necessary for any function. The shipment of such material will be accepted no sooner than 3 days prior to the function. A nominal-handling fee of $5.00 per box, up to 50 lbs., ensures their delivery to your preferred location. Signage and Banners: Signs and banners are not permitted in the common areas. In an effort to maintain appearances, the attachment of these items to function/meeting room walls, floors, ceilings or curtains is also prohibited.
Excellent space! The staff was extremely helpful and checked in to make sure everything was going ok. The room was nice and clean with comfy chairs and a great A/V system to match. All around excellent!
