Both Steve and Britt were very kind, and allowed us to stay past our extended time since we still had more shots to capture. They were also very accommodating for our parking, loading, and unloading situations.
Beautiful space for a photoshoot. Britt was very attentive and helped let guests in while we were preparing the set. She was also available the entire time to answer questions and help us remove decoration from the walls. We added the bed to our rental for an additional $100 but had to carry it down from the loft and assemble it ourselves. Britt kindly lent us some beddings since I was unaware it would be disassembled, but be sure to be prepared with a strong crew and your own beddings if you want the bed as a prop!
Steve and Britt's space was great for our shoot. The natural light added to the style we were trying to create. We balanced out the light with (2) 4' Kino Flo's which might have been a little on the light side. I would recommend bringing in a little more fire power. Plenty of space to do camera moves, and all the amenities that we needed. It does get warm in there due to all the window area, which is to be expected.
Steve and Britt are fantastic hosts. They have a wonderful space that will boost the production value of any project. I highly recommend their place if you looking for this look on your next production.
This location is amazing. It is a hidden gem within a neighborhood that may easily be overlooked. I held my 30th birthday party and it was simply perfect in all ways. The inside decor is modern and beautiful, it’s the first thing you notice when walking into the door. The onsite host was available through the event and was very kind to help guests find the location. Parking was plentiful which is always a plus in the county of Los Angeles. Hands down, this place is beautiful and worth booking for a memorable experience.
Used the space for our catalog shoot and it was perfect - big open windows had great diffused light that came in strong starting in the afternoon. Steve and Britt were accommodating and Britt even made us a cup of coffee when we came in. There was plenty of street parking and we were able to use two gated spots inside.
