Our modular 1700 square foot space has all the tech trimmings needed to present, discuss and/or brainstorm in clean industrial comfort without distractions. We are very convenient to all of Chicago, with free street parking. Benefits for Off-Site business retreats / meetings. We have a 1080p 7,000 lumen laser projector available to rent. Audiophile ceiling speakers are installed throughout the 1,500 square foot main space. The complimentary sound system includes 7 wireless microphones and a mini plug adapter for playing audio from your device. A 600 sq foot coach house provides an extra bathroom and small kitchenette aids break out sessions, vending tables, or as a "green room" for presenters and event support. For multi-day rentals, this bonus space is included at no charge. Our full kitchen has served many dinners, and can easily handle the catering requirements of most events. Coffee service for up to 50 people can be added upon request, as well as introductions to some of our favorite local caterers.

Just finished hosting our baby shower here for about 50 people. It was a Great space - lots of room and amenities to use. Andrew was flexible with letting us come to the space more than once to plan the set up. Really liked that we could bring in our food and drinks. Tons of street parking. And Nina who came at the end was fantastic and super helpful.

I hosted my mother's 60th Birthday Party here, the space itself was aesthetically perfect and the location was great. However, there were a number of opportunity areas that I felt made me rate this space lower than 5 stars: - The listing does state that the space comes with tables and chairs. What I didn't expect was to have to look for all the tables and chairs that were needed, in the basement of the building as well as the back patio area. While also try to figure out how to make tables out of wooden slabs and ikea table basis that do not make for secure tables. Again, something that should be clarified in the listing as "we provide tables in the general vicinity of the room, you will have to do some labor to find them and piece it all together" for those looking to use the "amenities". - Generally speaking on communication, it was patchy. There's quite a bit of "gray" areas of the listing that need to be better thought out for those looking to book an event space for parties/cocktail hours. The space is great, but if the owner has strict "house rules" they need to be clearly stated to avoid a negative experience. - When renting the space, I clearly stated this was for a birthday party and a DJ would be present. It was a matter of 30 minutes that the music started and I received text messages to bring the music level down. If this is a great concern, maybe modifying the listing to not appeal to those looking to book parties, just sounds like there's a misalignment.

The space itself is beautiful and easy to locate. The setup was easy and looked great. Andrew is amazing!! Not only was here there to provide additional chairs, bring down and aux cord, explain how everything works but he even did a final clean before our event started. I would book this place again in a heartbeat!

We rented this space out for Friendsgiving, and we had an amazing time. The place has everything we needed and Andrew was a most gracious and helpful host. During our cleanup we went a little over time and Andrew was even kind enough to remind me to mind the time. I would definitely recommend the space. Right in Goose Island. The study is a pretty great location. 10/10.
