Rate is $350/hr for up to 50, $400/hr for up to 75. Weekends/evenings add $50/hr to the hourly rate. OVERTIME The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Guest are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Trash and recycling must be taken out of the space and brought to the curb. Please take great care with our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated. Excellent space and wonderful host. Mark and his team did a great job helping us to make this event fully customized and fun for all guests. Great location and the editors who attended loved all of the details. I highly recommend it.
We absolutely loved this space, it had such great light, a ton of cool features such as custom lighting, digital signage, and a stage. Mark was super accommodating and helped create custom boxes and built ins to help merchandise our products. He could not have been more helpful and was great person to work with!
Wonderful space and very helpful hosts. They went out of their way to make our daughter's event special. Logistics were very easily handled and space offers wonderful lighting, sound and atmosphere.
This Space is absolutely amazing and beautiful - spacious spot to host a Big baby shower of 45 people! - Mark was a great host! Super helpful responsive and accommodating. The location is perfectly accessible by all public transit which made it easy for everyone to get to. Love the wooden floors the high tech lighting system. The space is beautiful! Mark was incredibly helpful and quick to respond. It was great to have the furniture, plants and serving platters available to use. The view and lighting is a plus! I can't wait to go back and have another event.
