The space is ideal for; small fashion presentations, workshops, readings, rehearsals, classes, counseling sessions, meetings, bridal showers, birthday parties, small photo and video shoots. It is fully furnished, decorated, and ready for your guests. We can also help prepare for your event. We have hosted gatherings of up to 22 people. A nice ratio is 10 total seated guests, with 12 standing/rotating. At most events, everyone arrives and leaves at different times. Please contact us if you'd like information on additional rental (10 chairs are provided complimentary) Clients renting event space and/or services acknowledges the following conditions: • Rental hours are pre-arranged via peerspace. Overtime may not be available, and if available, may be charge at a 1.5 rate. • The space is cleaned before your arrival. Upon completion of your rental, the space should be left in the condition it was received, or additional cleaning fees will apply. • There may be a security deposit of $195, which is refunded 100%, if the space is left clean as it was in the beginning and there is no damage or fees incurred. Your card is not charged, an authorization is placed. • No Smoking, illegal activity or drugs permitted in the space or the building. • All minors must be supervised by parent or legal Guardian at all times. No pets or animals without prior written consent. • By renting the space you agree to not hold the company or location responsible for any personal injury, death, or loss of property, to include, but not limited to, all persons accompanying client, and their guests.
Great space in a perfect Soho locatio . Very responsive host and fast replies from Kelima (who runs the space) and Chloe. We renewed our vows here and since its a bridal designer showroom that was perfect. Very happy about the whole experience (my first on peerspace).
Not only was the space itself beautiful and perfect for our event, but Kelima was absolutely wonderful to work with to coordinate the booking. She was extremely nice while remaining in constant communication in order to make changes to better accommodate us.
