All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Thanks for considering my space. I have a 1,700 sq ft daylight studio in East Williamsburg Brooklyn. The building is the former 3rd Ward building but it has been bought by a new owner and recently renovated. I'm located 4 blocks from the Grand Street L train stop. The building has a newly renovated lobby and reception area, an elevator, loading dock, and city views. My studio is mostly open floor plan. The back 1/3 of the studio, the client lounge, is where I have a kitchen, couch, coffee table, island, table and chairs, and a bookshelf. In the very rear of the studio, behind the lounge, I have 2 private bathrooms. My studio has over 500 sq/ft of windows and a view of the city from the world trade up to the empire state building. My price is based on an 8-hour minimum event and my venue closes at 10pm. Perfect for baby showers! One of the most unique places in New York City for a one-of-a-kind event! ***NEW SOUND SYSTEM! Bluetooth sync-able sound system that works with Spotify, iTunes, Amazon Music, and most other streaming services. Please, no "pro DJs". Make a playlist, you have good taste :) ***

Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

David was so accommodating from day 1. He went above and beyond to help us utilize the space in the best way possible and allowed us to use so many resources he had available. It was a pleasure hosting our event in this beautiful studio!

David was super accommodating, very patient, he was quick with his email responses and the space has lots of natural light with beautiful views especially the roof top, which he so graciously allowed us to use. I’m definitely going to refer him to other people.

David was an amazing host, so accommodating and always a call or a message away. My baby shower turned out fabulous! The space is just as pictured and all of my guests were in love with the rooftop. Thank you for sharing your space with me, the memories made are priceless.

David as his space was beyond amazing!! We were able to host our wedding here and there was plenty of space for everyone! David was also very prompt in returning any and all messages and correspondence and set our nerves at ease by helping to make the rental process smooth and carefree! He was soo accommodating and helped our vent to go off without a hitch! If you’re looking for a wonderful space with an excellent host in a cool groovy area with an amazing view look no further!

The Venue was beautiful and David was so accommodating for all of our needs! I definitely recommend booking this venue for whoever wants a small private event in a beautiful modern space.
