We are a historic landmark mansion located in Chicago's Prairie Avenue Historical District in the South Loop. One of our greatest attributes is our attention to detail and customer service. We are always on-site making sure everything goes as planned. The space is a total of 1800 square feet and is divided into 3 spaces. We are just 5 minutes from Downtown Chicago and 3 blocks from McCormick Place. The space has three distinct rooms, the art gallery, the parlor and the dining room. This offers a nice backdrop for events as well as the ability to have break out sessions or different simultaneous activities in different rooms. The rate is for the space tables, chairs, and black linens - all other equipment that is included in the rental price; high-speed wireless internet, microphone with amplifier, sound system that plays Pandora and water cooler so no need for plastic water bottles. We will work with you to make sure everything goes as planned as we pride ourselves in customer service. We also offer event planning support in terms of getting additional furniture, equipment and food. If serving alcohol and not using a caterer with liquor license we need to bring in a service that provides license, insurance and bartender but you can provide your own alcohol. (License/insurance $200.00, bartender $35.00 per hour) We have 5 parking spots on the side of the building and are sometimes able to rent a parking lot for an additional fee. Weddings - We have a 10 hour minimum for weddings due to amount of details involved. Event would be 6 hours.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. The service and accommodations at the Keith House were perfect for my women's tea on a beautiful fall afternoon. The historic home is beautiful and sits on a quiet block. Marcy was the perfect host and worked well with the catering company. She even helped us secure parking and a bartender. Most venues do not provide table clothes and Marcy did.

Hello, the place was incredible, and the attention received form Marcy was outstanding, but the dinner was not really good, so perhaps the dinner service can improve and be at the level of the place.
