We are a large co-working space in downtown with a variety of available event venues for all types of functions. Located right off Bowling Green in front of the famous Charging Bull statue, we are easily accessible by public transport. We have living plant walls, natural lighting, state-of-the-art furniture and decor, an on-site cafe, and a super friendly team! Availability is Monday - Friday mornings *before 9am*, *evenings from 5:30pm*, and weekends (excluding most major holidays), as we are first and foremost a workspace during normal business hours. We may occasionally be able work with your schedule to meet your event needs. We may occasionally be able work with your schedule to meet your event needs, depending on the event type. Bookings of the large spaces require minimum 2 weeks notice. This is an active working space so hosts and their attendees are asked to be exceptionally respectful of our Members and their offices. It is strictly prohibited to enter any of our Member offices or management spaces. All deliveries must be brought up the freight elevator, which is open from 8am-4pm, excluding the lunch hour from 12-1pm. We can provide cleaning of the space after the event, but kindly ask that hosts assist in garbage collection and minimizing post-event mess. The cleaning fee for any events that go past 10pm is $100. I can't speak highly enough about my experience with Primary. Holley and here team were absolute pleasures to work with - warm, informative, relaxed, efficient, accommodating. The team was key to our event's success, from recommending a fantastic caterer, to managing the space set-up and decor, to making sure the bar was always fully stocked. Holley, in particular, answered every question I came up with fully and promptly, and took initiative to ask about things I hadn't considered or planned for to ensure a smooth evening. The space itself was beautiful - clean, modern and comfortable - the perfect location for a relaxed cocktail holiday party atmosphere. Can't recommend highly enough.
