- A signed rental agreement is due prior to reserving the date - A separate certificate of insurance is required from all hosts - All hours are considered billable, including load in and load out - Hosts cannot sell tickets and/or take payment of any kind on the premises. All ticket sales must be made prior to the event - If you are hosting a ticketed event for all ages and alcohol is present, you will be required to hire an outside service (either bartend staff or security guard) to check IDs and give out wristbands and/or drink tickets. Please work with the venue staff on these accommodations. - Our guests are free to use any licensed and insured DJ, caterer or alcohol vendor at our space, however we do ask that you submit them for our approval prior to booking - Any alcohol onsite must be served by a licensed and insured bartender in an open-bar setting. The sale of alcohol is prohibited - Smoking of any kind (cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, etc) is not allowed in the building - Guests are responsible for set up / tear down of additional decor within the rental period - No pets allowed without prior consent of a company representative - Our venue is strongly committed to hosting diverse and inclusive events. Tabitha was extremely effective at communicating and addressing our needs both prior to and during the workshop. The space is a lot of fun and perfect for bigger groups. I would use the space again but not the related catering services as it did not add to an otherwise wonderful experience.
Our firm rented this space for an all day offsite meeting and it was the perfect venue to host our group! The staff was incredible to work with and so attentive to our needs. I would definitely consider booking here again for our future needs.

This was one of the easiest event I have ever planned because of the amazing staff here. The space was better than advertised and flexible. Open lighting was a great touch for our morning event. All our guest really enjoyed the space and commented on how it set the tone for our event- creative, innovative and artistic. Tabitha was responsive and quick to address our mic needs when the batteries died. best space options for a small group like ours ( less than 50) but would also use it for a light mixer and fun light event.
The space was perfect and Tabitha was even better! She spent a lot of time helping up set up and make sure the mics were working properly. She was so helpful and nice to work with. Great experience from start to finish!
