About the Space

An event rental space located at 6th and Howard in San Francisco’s vibrant SoMa district.The 900 square feet space is available to rent for private or public events also has been used for film screenings and workshops and pop up galleries. We are a short walk from the great Moscone Center and flavorful streets like Folsom Street and Mission Street. The space fits 50 people sitting, and 65 standing.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disposable masks / face coverings

Yes, I would book again.

This space was perfect for my 30th birthday party! It fit an 8-person tent, a keyboard piano, and a stage pole with no problem. Laura was also very helpful and responsive, and met me the day before to go over things and prepare.

Laura's space was PERFECT! We hosted an event with live music & short film screenings, and it was magical. Laura made the set-up process super easy, she invited me over to tour the space ahead of time, and it was an absolute delight to work with her :)

Laura was wonderful to communicate with. Directions for using the space were clear/concise. The studio was perfect for getting our hair/makeup done for our wedding a couple blocks away. Would recommend :)
