Great for off-sites, conferences, workshops, presentations, and meetings. We can accommodate up to 100 for standing room, 85 seated. Damage fees may apply. Note that booking our space does not include an event planner. It is up to you to set up and plan your meetings. Please book the amount of hours needed for your setup and break down not just the duration of your event. We want to work with you and your event planners & rentals. Rental drop off and pick ups the following day are ok if it doesn't interfere with another event. If you want to come in a day earlier to set up please include it in your booking. You can rent the studio day or evening for up to 12 hours. Please follow Peerspace's overtime and cancellation policies. All booking require a $300.00 to $800.00 damage deposit. Please no smoking inside. All events require proof of liability insurance and a security deposit of $300- $500. There can be extra fees for garbage, pets, damage, rental pick up and drop, scissor lift rental. We require a studio manager on site.
Great space and perfect for our workshop! The venue is big and spacious with a large kitchen - great for breakout meetings. Genesis was very gracious, helpful and responsive. Will definitely book again!
LOVED this space! I used this space for a photo shoot / cocktail happy hour, and it was beyond perfect. Great ambience, excellent lighting, and the openness made it really easy to move around in. Props, tables, and chairs were all easily accessible and the staff was helpful with any questions or concerns. Really loved the results I've been getting from the images I've captured in this space, and attendees all expressed how much they loved be there. Highly recommended!
This space was perfect. Booking was simple. Owner/manager very responsive. Our team was met on arrival and given the run down of the space. Location is easy to find with plenty of metered street parking around and a convenient public garage just a half block away. The studio itself has several different areas that can be configured/setup for a shoot, extra equipment available, abundant seating, nice lounge/waiting area, well-equipped kitchen, gorgeous natural lighting, and comfortable environment with plenty of room to spread out. We easily accommodated areas for lounging and enjoying snacks/drinks for people awaiting the shoot, separate makeup station, and main photo area that accommodated a small group of 8 for one photo session and a large group of 25 for another. The space was excellent. Highly recommend!
Great space! Easy to work with and seamless. Very accommodating and quick response time. Held a dinner for 85, my only complaint is there is only one bathroom and that is not sufficient for that many people. But other thank that it was amazing!
Really awesome space! However, it was not the absolute best set up for what our needs were, so would likely not consider it in the future - for reference - we had 40 people in for a business offsite and needed the space set up to run presentation classroom style. You could also easily hear outfoor noises/construction/etc. which was a tad distraction & only having one restroom was also tough for our size. I think this space would be incredible for other uses, though. Genesis was helpful w/ catering & deliveries, although leading up to the event I wish there was a bit more communication/in depth answers. All in all I am very thankful for her hospitality - thank you, Genesis!
Genesis and the venue were great to work with. Perfect for our team of 12, super convenient entry/exit, and had everything we needed. She even helped us reschedule our event a couple times when things on our end shifted around, which she didn't have to do but was much appreciated by me.
I booked this space for my office holiday party, and I can not express how accommodating it was. It is a beautiful space with a lot of flexibility. Genesis was so great, she was so helpful and available.
This was a great space! We were here for 3 days for meetings and presentations for about 25 people. It was spacious enough that we could break into groups. The host was super helpful and accommodating. Only negative is 1 bathroom and street noise.
