Our 1,000+ sq-ft. space is ideal for baby showers, parties, film screenings, conferences, trainings, workshops, corporate meetings, after-wedding brunches, confirmations, retirement parties, film shoots, performing artists. Beautifully appointed with modern wood furniture, the space features adjustable lights (side-sconces, overhead), a pull-down screen, surround-sound and a small stage for presentations. The banquets and tables comfortably seat 70 people - More people fit comfortably for standing events and when the seats are configured theater-style in rows. WiFi is included, as is an AV projection system that can project from web or DVD or from your laptop. Should you wish to Livestream and record your event, there will be a fee for the tech-person and a fee for utilizing the system. Seven adjustable lights with barn doors, in a ceiling grid, plus various other side-lights, over a small stage - make a big difference. As do our three wall-mounted high-end HD cameras, patched into a system and control room for live-streaming and/or recording. Adjacent to the space is a lovely cafe serving cappuccino, espresso, local beer, organic wine and light food. We offer catering for breakfast and lunch or you may want to bring in your own caterer. The hall is close to the Barclay Center/Atlantic Ave. stop on the 2,3,B,Q,N,R,D,4 and 5 trains - as as the F to Bergen St., and the G to Hoyt-Schermerhorn stops. It's also quite close to the Manhattan and Brooklyn bridges, and the BQE.
For additional fees, some waitstaff and livestreaming services can be provided. Inquire about snacks and wine options. Rentals have a 3-hour minimum on weekdays, and a 5-hour minimum on weekends. All other fees should be included in the established cost. Guests should expect to be liable for damages. Most events need to go-quiet or end by midnight.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

The space was nice and the workers were very helpful. The restrooms were clean and well placed. My guests and i had a great time. They don't have a parking lot and parking was very limited on the street. My only issue is that we had 35 minutes left and they started rushing us to leave. Workers opened up the curtains on us and started moving tables and chairs around. We already changed our time to accommodate their next event. Which i was told was a memorial, but people showed up with birthday balloons, as we left. So to be pushed out qas a bit if an insult.
