During the week we're a shared office space, and at night and on the weekends we rent out our space to host events. Some types of events we love hosting are talks, screenings, and hackathons. We especially love networking events and anything related to development/design/marketing. Total of 400sf. We can host groups of up to 40 people, but we charge extra for these larger groups. For a 30 or 40-person event, we charge $150/hour.
We needed a location for a Wardrobe fitting and production meeting. The space was amazing! Good amount of space for what we needed. Will definitely book again for the future.
Great wide open space, as advertised, with very good lighting for film production, host very responsive and available on day of the shoot. You have to visit to see how long the space actually is, and that's not including a conference room on the other end of the main room. Would recommend!
Eric was very responsive and easy to work with. The space appeared as advertised and in great condition. The event was for a birthday party - there were plenty of tables for board games! Would definitely book again!
