All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
A private vine-covered alley in Brooklyn that leads to 2,000 sqft (1,000 sqft indoor - 1,000 sqft outdoor) of unique raw open space. Originally built in 1902, this renovated carriage house features exposed brick walls with arches, wood beam ceilings, full kitchen, a backyard with maple trees and original details. Two large skylights and Northern exposure fill the space with beautiful cinematic daylight, giving this space a beautiful atmosphere for small events and gatherings, performances, product launches and workshops. This peaceful open space feels outside of time, providing a perfect respite from the hubbub of the city, while retaining a quintessential Brooklyn character. Steps to lots of great cafes, restaurants, and bars. Non-metered street parking is available. Trucks can be brought up to the house for convenient loading/unloading.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

We have worked with numerous spaces/venues and we have never come across such unprofessional behavior. Unfortunately, the hosts were very unpleasant to work with and for that reason we would not book again nor recommend.

My crew and I had the most magical experience shooting my music video at Paula's Carriage House! We shot in the backyard and it was absolutely perfect for what we needed. Paula was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the process. I definitely hope to shoot here again soon!
