This executive penthouse is 2568 SF with 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, large kitchen and open space. The main living space is light with 180 degree spectacular water view in Alki beach, Puget Sound and Downtown Seattle, arranged in an open floor plan with tall ceilings. The penthouse has over 2000 SF roof top with spectacular 180 degree water view. The dining room has a large glass table that sits 16 people with 180 degree water view of Puget Sound and Downtown Seattle. Grand piano adds an elegant to this beautiful luxurious penthouse. The nook area has a round glass table with 6 large chairs and fireplace. The penthouse offers a master suite with king-sized bed and walk-in-closet with extra towels, pillows, blanket and more. The master bathroom is large with jetted tub, shower and his & her sink. The second bedroom can be used as an office and has a queen size bed and pull-out bed, shower and bathroom. The penthouse has laundry room, which adds convenience for longer stay. Our building is unique with large windows from floor to ceiling that overlooks Alki Beach. The Rooftop is amazing and can be customized based on your need. Pricing: 1. Base price is $400/hour, Monday-Thursday. 2. Weekend price $500/hour, Friday-Sunday. 3. Events of over 50 people may be subject to an additional $40/hour fee for additional security/ staffing. 4. The penthouse can be rented for overnight stay. Rules: 1. Capacity: 75 people. 2. The event space is available for rent 7 days a week, between 8 am and 10 pm. 3. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the property, including outdoor deck spaces. 4. A banquet license is required for open-pour drinks; it can be obtained online for $11/day through the Washington State Liquor Board. 5. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on the walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed and any wall damage will be charged to the authorized credit card. 6. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated. 7.All rental equipment must be removed no later than half an hour after your event’s ending time. Our elevator is available for use. 8.All events must end by 11pm 9. Any outside vendors brought into the space must be bonded and insured. 10. We will provide a staff member for your event, and you may incur an additional fee for staffing depending on the event. 11. The minimum hours includes set-up and clean-up Rental Policies. Guest promises to reimburse the Owner all damages to Owner’s property caused by Guests and Attendees. Guest shall also be responsible to Owner for attorney fees and other costs necessary to collect for such damages.
