After The Completion Of The Event, The Renter Shall Leave The Premises In The Same Or Similar Condition As Received. Except As Provided By Law, The Renter Will Not Make Any Alteration, Repair Or Decoration To The Premises Without The Prior Written Consent Of The Venue. The Property May Be Used For Photo/video Shoots, And Work Offsite For Executive Teams, And Am Open To Other Creative Uses Of The Space. No Adult Film/photo Use. Please Don't Ask. Also No Large Parties Allowed At The Property. A Certificate Of Insurance Is Required To Rent The Property. Failure To Provide A Certificate Of Insurance Within 24-hour Of Shoot Will Result In Cancellation Of Session And Forfeiture Of 100% Of The Rental Fee. No Fireworks, Sparklers, Fire Producing Gags Roman Candles, Or Tricks. No Nails, Screws, Staples Or Penetrating Items May Be Used To Attach Or Affix Anything To The Building Or Surrounding Structures Or Landscaping. All Booking Start And End Times Are Inclusive Of Setup And Cleanup Time So Please Keep This In Mind When Scheduling.
