SECURITY DEPOSIT AND DAMAGE(S) A security deposit check of $200 is require the day of the event. SITE DECORATION We want to make every event here a special and welcome experience. Therefore every effort will be made to allow Renter to prepare decorations reflecting their creative requirements. We ask that only our staff rearrange and move any furnishings, including artwork, lamps, antiques or seating. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls or fine wood. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed and any wall damage will be deducted from the deposit. No glitter or foil (non-paper) confetti is allowed on site.
The speakeasy was the perfect location for my husband’s 40th birthday 1920s themed speakeasy event! Galina was so helpful answering questions throughout the planning process. The staff was helpful and very nice! I’d definitely recommend this space!
Everything was just as described, they were very accommodating and went out of their way to make sure we had a great experience. During the party we were left alone, but it was very easy to find staff to help us out if anything were to come up. We love this venue and will definitely book again!
My daughter loved using it for her Sweet 16 Birthday Party. The Space itself is very nice. However I did have a few issues/ discrepancies about a few things last night. I was very unhappy with the fact that I didn't have access to "All" the 30 folding chairs and the 4 folding tables that I was told I would have access to. Not being able to use the folding chairs or the tables that I requested resulted in me losing the money that I spent renting chair covers , chair sashes & tables covers because I couldn't use but 6 of the chair covers.. Also I was very uncomfortable with the employees bringing down guest during my paid event to preview the location for their possible event. I also was very uncomfortable with the employee letting a gentleman who was not an employee just come down and walk though my event to grab other items for his event upstairs & Without the employee giving any notice to us of that was about to happen .My event was filled with young teenager girls and I didn't even know who the gentleman was til I asked him when he walked thru if he was an employee and if he could give me my other chairs and then he told me that he didn't work there but that he was told he could come downstairs and get his other chair. That was very uncomfortable and unsafe & very unprofessional. No one else should of been allowed in my private paid event but the employees of the cafe. I was very dissatisfied with the service that I received once I arrived.
