CASE STUDY HOUSE 17 by RODNEY WALKER & WES JONES, 1947 The house is a stunning backdrop for still photography, fashion, advertising and editorial work. Gorgeous all-sides overflow pool in spacious and private setting, with architectural gazebo and mature trees & landscaping. Rates are sometimes as low as $2,500/day depending on the nature of the shoot and use of photos. General commercial rate is $5K/day. Parking is plentiful on the street. Gate will be pinned open during shoot, and talent will be allowed to drive on and park in the lot in front of the house. The house is 2,600 sq. ft. with a generally open floor plan. There is a large studio style make-up/dressing room with good lighting. Pool is an 8' deep full overflow pool, which is dark-bottomed and salt, and will be heated if used for shoot. Large architectural concrete and wood decks surround the house, which add to the space via disappearing fleetwood glass sliders all around. The house is furnished with an extensive vintage european design collection, which host may allow to be used in shoots, depending on the nature of the project.
