All booking start and end times are inclusive of set up and clean up time. Any furnishings that are moved must be in the same condition, and left where they were located prior to the event. Please no shoes in the house to help protect the beautiful floors. To avoid spilling and damage, no eating or drinking is allowed around the coffee table in the living room as the table is an irreplaceable piece. Smoking is not permitted on or near the home. An outdoor designated location can be provided if you need a limited smoking area. DAMAGES & LIABILITY The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. Guest waives, discharges and agrees to hold harmless Owner/Agent from all damages or injuries arising from or related to Guest’s stay at Property, including without limitation, any accidents or injury to Guest, Guest’s visitors and associates, and loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. Guest is responsible for keeping Guest’s valuables safe at all times. FURNISHINGS Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. HOUSEKEEPING At the end of your stay there is a cleaning fee of $150. The cleaning fee will not cover excessive cleaning or damage. PETS No animals will be kept on or about the premises without prior written approval. PLUMBING No feminine products or anything other than toilet paper should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system (plumbing?) repair charges will apply. BALCONIES & DECKS Main Balcony and decks is designed to accommodate a reasonable amount people. Deck furniture should not be moved to accommodate more people. RUBBISH Tenants shall dispose of all waste material generated during the rental period in a lawful manner and put the trash in the assigned bins or trash cans provided by Landlord. If recycling is not separated from trash additional fees will apply. Excessive trash that Landlord is required to pay extra to dispose of will be considered damages and withheld from deposit.
