Sorry to say, I did not have a good experience here. I was told there would be a receptionist to buzz people in and show them where the room was, and that person did not exist. I called Nicole's contact number and spoke with someone else in another location who could not find my reservation, and informed me that Nicole forgot to tell me there receptionist would not be there. He also told me to have my attendees buzz another floor to be let in. I got in and found the conference room, it was unlocked, but it was so hot, no one wanted to sit there. I send a couple of messages to Nicole, but never heard back. We ended up having our meeting in the waiting area (because it was pretty desolate and quiet). It was very embarrassing for me. If things had gone better, I would have loved to return.
One our guest arrive the elevator didn't go the floor and the guest had to take an elevator to another floor and then walk up. Our meeting was scheduled from 9-11am and we called the actual office to reconfirm the time of our meeting and mention we needed wifi access and connection to the TV upon arrival prior to the meeting.. We needed wifi for our meeting and didn't receive the password until 9:30 making our meeting fall behind as there was no one to give it to us . I wouldn't book this room again.
