This is a truly unique studio experience. 20 foot ceilings, reclaimed cork floors, massive windows with vines draping outside and theater lighting create an impressively serene environment for intimate gatherings, yoga workshops and classes,and live music. The space has a high fidelity in-wall speaker system which is easily connected to any music playing device. The space has HVAC, an ADA bathroom, a changing room, and use of up to 75 chairs. A beautiful mural adorns the outside of the building. Parking is easy. 2 hours of free parking on 5th street during weekdays and meters turn off at 8pm on Fairfax. This space can also be combined with the adjacent cafe space (also listed on peerspace) for an additional charge. Together, the spaces can host a wide variety of events. Please come visit us. 1. Do not use more than the FOUR southernmost tandem spaces behind the building (the other 4 belong to the neighboring tenant). 2. Parking cards are required for parking in the alley lot. Parking cards can be obtained prior to the event from the host. 3. Guests must clean up and return all items to their proper places. A cleaning fee of $75 will be charged if the space is not cleaned after use. 4. Do not use yoga props without prior approval. 5. Be respectful. Be kind. 6. NO GLITTER. NO FOOD. NO SHOES (unless discussed). For all filming and corporate events, sufficient property insurance must be maintained by you.
