Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. The space was very nice! It looks a little nicer/more updated in the pictures but I was still satisfied after viewing the venue in person before my event. I was, however, dissatisfied with the experience of occupying the space. When I went to visit the space, I inquired about how to keep the space warm as it was FREEZING! I was told it was that cold because no one had booked the (basement) space in a while and the door upstairs just needs to be propped open for the heat to circulate. I also asked when I needed to let someone know how I wanted chairs/tables to be set up as well as where the projector would be and if someone could show me how to work it so I would be prepared for when the day of my event came. There was no one available to set chairs/tables up or to move the furniture around at all which was strange considering the reservation asks that we only have furniture moved by employees. The employees kept closing the door upstairs so we remained uncomfortably cold for the entire event and the projector, in which I paid additional, was never made available to us. I spent waaaaaay too much on this venue to feel the way I do about the experience.

I booked this space for a photo shoot and it came out great. We did have to change some concepts because the venue did not look as pictured: no red brick wall, couch-chairs and lighting was dim.

So this venue was awesome! I surprised my girlfriend for her birthday. And after that I had another surprise and proposed to her it was awesome she loved it. Will come back again :)
