Our training center offers a large, bright space for meetings and events.This room can be easily arranged to accommodate your event needs, including classroom style for up to 30 attendees, U-shaped for up to 24, theater style for up to 40 attendees. A small side table is available for catering or additional counter space. Audio-visual equipment are also available for rent. The room is ideal for a seminar, workshop, team training, off site meeting, presentation or many other events you may have! We are onsite Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:30pm to greet and attend to you and your attendees. Located on North Michigan Avenue with spectacular views of the city and more than 6,000 square feet of Dedicated Offices and Meeting Rooms, we pride ourselves on having very flexible terms in a boutique space that has just been upgraded. This was our second time working with BeOffice and our event was very smooth. They had the space set up perfectly for our 17-person staff retreat. We may be going back a third time next year!
I liked being able to see the space before the day of the event . They were very helpful up until the day of the booking . The room was neat and organized. I needed some help towards the end of my event though, and I couldn’t find someone around, however I was able to effectively communicate with one of the hosts to resolve my needs .
The location was perfect. Very easily accessible and near lots of things to do. The space was warm and inviting. Our room comfortably accommodated 15 people with room for about 5 to 8 additional. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Would recommend using.
We had a great event and a great experience. Anna and all others who we dealt with were extremely nice and helpful throughout the entire experience. Based on our experience, I would definitely plan another event with Anna and this space. Thanks!
Anna, Javier and the entire staff were wonderful to work with. They were super accommodating and answered any questions that I had leading up to the meeting and once the meeting was in full swing. The entire floor of the building is very quiet even though there are other people using office space in other areas. The large training room we used comfortably fit about 18 adults in U-shaped seating. I wouldnt try to fit more than that with that seating layout. There is a little offset room in the back of the training room with its own entrance off the elevators that is perfect for providing catering, coffee and snacks without disrupting the entire meeting. It was great to be able to use the fridge in the kitchen to keep drinks cold. Access to the other fridge full of water in the kitchen was worth the nominal fee they charged. Restrooms are conveniently located on the same floor and there are a few common areas available to excuse yourself from the large training room to stretch, send an email or make a quick phone call.
