On Michigan Avenue, just north of the river, our spacious and modern workspace is ideal for meetings, seating up to 30 people. It is also great for parties and other events as it can hold 70 people standing and up to 50 people in theatre style seating. Our newly remodeled kitchen and open co-working space coupled with our other bookable meeting rooms offer plenty of options for breakout space. Our staff is on site to ensure a seamless experience and cater to your needs. We invite you to come enjoy our complimentary high speed Internet, as well as whiteboards and flip charts available upon request. For an additional $9 per person per day, we also offer access to our full Nespresso bar with premium coffee, lattes and cappuccinos, assortment of tea, filtered and sparkling waters, soda, snack options and in-season fruits. Some of our additional services include: - Projector/Monitor/TV rental - Beverage Service: unlimited coffee, water, tea, sparkling water, soda and light snacks - Catering - Phone rental - Breakout spaces - Black & white or color printing - Administrative services - Fax, mail and e-mail service Before your event, we ask that you provide us with a list of attendees' first and last names and any additional requests you might have, including any of our amenities we offer. For events in this space, we require a $100 cleaning fee added to the reservation.
