This high-end Boutique Office Space at Columbus Circle is prominently situated at one of the city's most vibrant locations at the crossroads of culture and commerce. The Empire Boardroom is located on the 16th Floor with a magnificent view overlooking Central Park and Manhattan’s business center. The Boardroom table seats 26, and the room can seat up to 40 when utilizing the seats around the perimeter. Classroom-style seating is also available upon request (a setup fee is required for this layout). The Conference Room is fully equipped with state-of-the-art AV capabilities, including Apple TV and Wifi that's accessible throughout the center. Room rental also includes access to the cafe for coffee, tea, a water bar with fresh fruit, microwave and refrigerator. Columbus Circle features immediate access to the subways at Columbus Circle (including the A,B,C,D&1). Close to N,R,Q & E subways and M10, M20, M31, M57 & M104 buses. Convenient to inter-borough express & ferry buses.
For rentals that are outside of our operating hours (9am - 5:30pm) an additional $50 will be charged per half hour for staffing. Our space can accommodate various setups. There is a flat $675 setup fee if you need the space arranged differently than as is. Outside Catering is allowed and can be arranged by the client or through us. Please reach out for a list of preferred vendors. Filming available upon request and approval. Videoconferencing is available at an additional charge. No pets allowed unless for medical purposes. Client shall not affix anything to the windows, walls or any other part of the center that will leave a lasting mark. Client is responsible for any damage to the carpet, walls, or any other part of the facilities.
This is a fantastic space for a meeting up to 50 people. Can't get a better location, either. I used it for a technical meetup -- and it will be my go-to spot for future meetups. The space staff are fabulous -- so courteous and helpful. I'll be using them to cater my future events, too. I didn't do that for that first meeting and regret it because I had some snags doing it without them.
Sheena and Christina were both fantastic. I could not have hoped for more friendly and charismatic hosts. My opinion is held in high regard in thanks to the wonderful facility, but mostly because Sheena and Christina were so welcoming and caring. Thank you, both! Best Wishes, Greg Drilling
