Unique, one of a kind event space in Hollywood Ca. on Hollywood Blvd. 2,000 sqft of exposed brick walls, shiny concrete floors, antique bow truss ceilings and charming accents. Functional bar with built in sink and refrigerator, Powerlite Home Cinema 2045 projector with Apple TV and dimming house lights. Rental comes with five, 6'x4' folding tables and 17 mismatched folding chairs. Equipped with large deck patio and separate alleyway entrance for load in/load out. Please shoot us an email to inquire about film rates. This space is for events and creative pursuits only. No overnight stays can be accommodated, though day(s) long events can be booked in blocks. Space is located in a safe, relatively quiet area of Hollywood Blvd in the idyllic and trendy neighborhood of Los Feliz (cross streets Hollywood, Vermont). Many boutique restaurants and bars are within walking distance. Active brunching neighborhood and nightlife. Two miles from Silverlake venus/bars/clubs. Street parking only- however many metered lots and non-permit neighborhood parking is available. For those on foot/bike the space is located only two blocks from the Hollywood/Vermont metro red line station.
RULES: Pack it in, pack it out. Anything broken or left a mess and you will be charged accordingly. Be nice. Our bar is fully functional but not equipped. Presently, all beverages and food will be proved by the renter (you). No noise on the patio after 10pm. We have residential neighbors and we play nice. Move the party inside after 10. Everything must be wrapped up by 12am. No smoking in the venue or on the patio. Smokers may go out to Hollywood Blvd to have a cig.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. I don't have enough good things to say about this place, Nick and his staff. I hosted a surprise party here on Saturday and it was executed flawlessly. From the initial booking, asking questions and execution on the day of, everything was done with ease. The two women who worked the night of the event, Ceilidh and Mariah were AMAZING. Incredibly friendly and so helpful. The event turned out beautifully and everyone was so happy. A lot of people asked me how to book this space! I would absolutely book this space again.

Nick was incredibly accommodating from the start - by allowing us to come by anytime before the event to tour the space or plan layouts, down to the details day of. We received lots of help from his employees, and everything was perfect when we got there. The space is so eclectic and artsy- exactly what we were looking for. the porch area was perfect for a taco cart to set up, and the working bar is so amazing. We ran a slideshow and had a DJ, and they had all we needed to make that happen. I would highly recommend renting here. The east side artsy vibe is so great, and on top of that, it felt great to know we were supporting such a great local business.

Nick's space is a hidden gem. It's loaded with character for anyone seeking a rustic elegant vibe from exposed brick, distressed mirrors, overhead lanterns, and a beautiful wooden bar, ready for service. Our guests were all so admiring of the novelty of the space from walking through the art supply store to the warehouse and there's so much you can do within to truly lend a unique air to your event. We utilized the projector and embraced all that is Hollywood in the area for a black and white masquerade ball wedding reception. You can easily hire from their staff which made the night a dream as we frankly didn't have to worry about a single logistical question. We had Mariah and CeIlidh who were positively warm, good-humored, and went above and beyond helping out with any task needed. Additionally, Nick is just the best. He was so gracious with our questions and even helped set up our keg taps when we realized we were only talented at consuming the beer. We'd highly recommend this space to anyone seeking a truly special event. It will live on in our memories as it was the site of our most fantastic memory. Thank you Nick and team!
