the driveway is made available. It can fit 2 or 3 cars. 2 hour street parking without permit from 8am to 6pm. day guest parking permit however can be purchased with the city through the host.

you must let us know if you plan on bringing furniture you must let us know in advance if you plan on moving our furniture as this needs to be discussed and authorized for some heavy furniture and if furniture is moved you need to put in back in their place. your booking starts at the time at the hour you booked and end when the last person is out. Please do not have your crew come in before your booking start to "set up". your booking needs to factor in your set up time and your wrap time. Overtime will be charged at x1.5 and in 30 minutes increment Someone from our end will always be onsite (mostly unseen) but available if questions arise. We are very flexible, as long as your are mindful of the space. The main bedroom is off limit. we ask that your crew and guests use the driveway gate to enter the property and to close the gate behind them. We and you do not want random people from the street wandering inside. The gate and front door must remain closed as much as possible. the space must be returned the way it was found. Please be mindful of the neighbors, especially after 10pm. If your booking goes past 10pm we prefer you move inside if loud conversations need to be carried out. We like our neighbor to get a goodnight sleep, especially during the week!
