About the Space
Spaulding square bungalow with pool and studio. Oasis conveniently located in the middle in the city. We welcome intimate events in the backyard and back house. There is plenty of seating to kick back, relax. Perfect for cocktail parties, baby showers and any under control celebration. However, we do not rent for very dynamic and loud parties or pool parties. we favor smaller gatherings.

Nathalie was a terrific host and her home was perfect for our needs. The light is great and it's incredibly versatile. She was super helpful and relaxed. If you are a small shoot and choose not to permit you can use the street parking passes she prints. If you are getting a permit, like we did, you should use a local parking garage and shuttle people so film la doesn't send a monitor. They are sticklers. We will definitely book again.
