Space totals 1,900 sq ft, with 1,500 sq ft of flexible, open floor space, and 100 linear feet of white gallery walls. Just up the street from Warner Bros. Studio, in the desirable Magnolia Park neighborhood, we have ample free street parking in front and three reserved spaces in the back. Ground-level access, with a custom-designed 10'x10' loading door at the back for easy load in. Modern amenities include WiFi and a sound system with easy connection to phone, iPod, or computer via mini plug, Chromecast Audio, and now Amazon Fire Cube TV. Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with both Brad (owner) and Kat (studio manager). First, the space is beautiful and has so many features included that you don't need much in terms of decor. We received so many compliments throughout the night about the space and our 50+ guests were completely comfortable. Since the beginning, Brad has been great to work with and answered all of my questions - he even suggested vendors who turned out to be some of the best I've worked with. On the day of the event, Brad stopped by to check in and Kat was there to make sure we had everything we needed. The kitchen is stocked full of things that you may have forgotten - like me and my need of a lighter stick for the candles. My daughter's 16th was truly memorable and I'm so glad we chose this space - I highly recommend for your next event.
