CREATIVE MEETINGS, WORKSHOPS, and PRODUCT LAUNCHES are a great fit for our venue. Our many guests have included: | A&E | Universal | Dell Computer | Mark Cuban | Rob Reiner | Kaiser Permanente | OPI | Makeup Geek | Desert Essence | American Crew | FOR SMALL GROUPS we have 20 chairs, 4 meeting tables, 2 tall tables, a dry erase board, a sound system and an LED projector on-site. We can help coordinate table and chair rentals for larger groups. Porto's Cuban Bakery is just a block away and is great for catering meals, coffee and snacks. RATES: Our standard rental rate for the space is $125/hr, and $150/hr for Friday night/Saturday events, events with alcohol, commercial and sales events, etc. 5-hour minimum, $75 preparation/cleaning fee. We have a DISCOUNTED RATE for INTERNAL COMPANY MEETINGS, weekdays between 8am - 6pm: $95/hr up to 35 people 4-hour minimum $75 cleaning fee A COMFORTABLE PLACE for off-site business meetings, presentations, corporate training, seminars, workshops, happy hour, office parties, etc., with easy access in a safe, pleasant neighborhood. With lots of free parking in the area, the studio is walking distance to restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. LOTS OF LIGHT, a high 12' ceiling, with 1,500 sq ft of flexible, open floor space. In the desirable Magnolia Park neighborhood, with ample free street parking in front and three reserved spaces in the back. Ground-level access, with a custom-designed 10'x10' loading door at the back for easy load in. CONVENIENT TO STUDIOS including Warner Bros., Disney, Universal, and Dreamworks. Requested rental period is inclusive of load-in, setup, tear down, and clean up. All materials you bring to the studio, must leave with you. We require that guests notify us of any damage. A walk-through is required at the beginning and end of all bookings. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. Event insurance and damage deposit required. No smoking. Written approval is required for any early delivery or late pickup of rental items. Client may decorate the studio as long as there is no damage to walls, floors, mirrors, furnishings, equipment, etc. Decorations must be approved before use. Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
This space was absolutely perfect for my baby shower. The location was easy to get to and the space was so clean and functional. Brad is the nicest and sweetest host and responded so fast! I will be recommending Brad and his space to as many people as possible :) I look forward to more events at Studio Buckman!
We hosted an all day training in the space for over 50 participants. Although the space was not standard for training, the event went off incredibly well due both to the flexibility of the space and Brad’s great hosting. Brad was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, taking time out of his day to show the space beforehand, handle furniture pick-up and delivery, and help set up. Space was exactly as pictured, including the furniture. Brad was responsive and provided clear, detailed information including schematics that were very helpful as we planned for a gallery show / birthday celebration. The space was clean, bright, the bathroom well-stocked, and cleaning supplies like brooms were also available. I also appreciated the ample recycling / trash bins in the back which made tidying up a breeze. Parking was easy, and overall our guests loved the space. Thank you for an amazing experience, Brad!
Brad was a wonderful host and his space was perfect for the graduation party we held! The space was in amazing condition, very clean, and easily transformable. Brad answered any and all questions, helped us customize lighting to accommodate the event, and struck a perfect balance of being there and giving us our space. No doubt, would book again and would love to work with Brad once more. Definitely recommend this space to anyone!

Brad is the best! He was a professional host - good natured, laid back, and responsive. He took care of our catering and space needs. The space itself was perfect. Lots of light, lots of room, and a modern, clean vibe. The surrounding area is suburban but chilled. A great bakery up the road. I would definitely be back! 10/10

Brad's space was perfect for us as we hosted a business training and client development 3-day event there. Brad and his team were incredibly accomodating, steady and helpful throughout the booking and the actual event. Brad cares about his space and makes sure to keep it as the photos show. He showed up before, during and after the event to support us with various things and couldn't have been a better "host". The space functions well, with bathroom and kitchen well equipped, and additional amenities such as chairs, tables, sound and lighting available, working great and easy to access. Also, Brad is clear about the requirements of the neighborhood and his space so there are no surprises. He also gave us great suggestions about where to order food for the event, and how to use the space, given the various activities we had planned over the three days. We would definitely book again and recommend Brad and his space highly.
