CREATIVE MEETINGS, WORKSHOPS, and PRODUCT LAUNCHES are a great fit for our venue. We can help coordinate table and chair rentals for larger groups. Porto's Cuban Bakery is just a block away and is great for catering meals, coffee and snacks. RATES: Our standard rental rate for the space is $125/hr until 6:00pm, and $150/hr for evenings and Saturday, $135/hr for Sunday bookings. "Off-site" refers to internal company meetings. Ticketed/paid workshops fall under our "Events" listing, and that rate typically starts at $150/hour. We have a DISCOUNTED RATE for INTERNAL COMPANY MEETINGS, weekdays between 8am - 6pm: $95/hr up to 25 people 4-hour minimum $75 cleaning fee A COMFORTABLE PLACE for off-site business meetings, presentations, corporate training, seminars, workshops, happy hour, office parties, etc., with easy access in a safe, pleasant neighborhood. With lots of free parking in the area, the studio is walking distance to restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. LOTS OF LIGHT, a high 12' ceiling, with 1,500 sq ft of flexible, open floor space. In the desirable Magnolia Park neighborhood, with ample free street parking in front and three reserved spaces in the back. Ground-level access, with a custom-designed 10'x10' loading door at the back for easy load in. CONVENIENT TO STUDIOS including Warner Bros., Disney, Universal, and Dreamworks. BOB HOPE AIRPORT is 10 minutes away. ALSO GREAT FOR meetups, art shows, fundraisers, launch events, book signings, castings, rehearsals, photo and video production, etc. As a film location, the space can easily represent retail, fine art gallery, creative work space, photo studio, office, urban loft, and distressed back alley. Requested rental period is inclusive of load-in, setup, tear down, and clean up. All materials you bring to the studio, must leave with you. We require that guests notify us of any damage. A walk-through is required at the beginning and end of all bookings. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. Event insurance and damage deposit required. No smoking. Written approval is required for any early delivery or late pickup of rental items. Client may decorate the studio as long as there is no damage to walls, floors, mirrors, furnishings, equipment, etc. Decorations must be approved before use. No glitter, confetti, silly string, or duct tape allowed in the studio. A representative for the studio may be working quietly in the office during your rental period. Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. We cannot say enough about how amazing the space was, and how amazing our experience was at the space with Brad. His communication was awesome, his demeanor was so chill and engaging, and he was super cool and flexible about anything we wanted to bring and do there. We had a worship night, and everything went off so beautifully. We had 1 main speaker and 2 monitors and the sound filled the room. The look of room on the night of the event with the cafe lights, ambience lights and colored accents was perfect, chill, and REALLY cool. We even had chairs delivered before we got there and Brad opened the door and had them in the space for us- and even arranged with the rental guy to have the chairs picked up the next day! Overall, as a musician and event organizer I recommend this space to anyone who is looking for a space to do music, ministry, and just about anything else you could want. Thank you Brad!
