Great for celebrations, launches and pop-ups with a ground-floor windowed retail storefront. The studio has a high 12-13' ceiling throughout and totals 1,900 ft², with 1,500 ft² of flexible, open floor space, and 100 linear feet of white gallery walls. AVAILABLE AMENITIES include WiFi, surround-sound audio system, and an LED projector and screen. The studio is just up the street from Warner Bros., in the desirable Magnolia Park neighborhood, with free street parking in front and three reserved spaces in the back. Ground-level access, with a custom-designed 10'x10' loading door at the back for easy load in. Visitor's first reaction is that it is larger than it appears in photographs. The space provides a comfortable place for hosting parties, meetups, art shows, fundraisers, launch events and book signings, with easy access in a safe, pleasant neighborhood. EVENT SPACE Requested rental period is inclusive of load-in, setup, tear down, and clean up. All materials you bring to the studio, must leave with you. $75 cleaning fee covers preparation of the space for you, and cleaning after your event. Event insurance and a damage deposit may be required. We require that guests notify us of any damage. A walk-through is required at the beginning and end of all bookings. We cannot be responsible for lost, stolen, or left-behind items. No smoking. Alcohol can be served at your event, but not sold, unless through a caterer with the proper license/permits. You are responsible for providing security for all events with alcohol, and for ensuring there is no underage drinking. No illegal substances allowed on the premises. If found to be present, client will be asked to dispose of immediately. Failure to cooperate will result in immediate halt of the rental without refund of any remaining time. Client is responsible for securing needed tables and chairs. The studio has a few tables and chairs available, and we can provide a list of rental companies upon request. Written approval is required for any early delivery or late pickup of rental items. Client may decorate the studio as long as there is no damage to walls, floors, mirrors, furnishings, equipment, etc. Decorations must be approved before use, and can be hung with Scotch tape or 3M Command Strips. No glitter, silly string, or duct tape allowed in the studio. No tape on the floor (will damage finish). A representative for the studio may be working quietly in the office during your rental period. Thank you, we look forward to hosting your next event!
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. This space was perfect! We hosted a fundraiser and it had every amenity that we needed for our event. We loved how much we were able to customize the space to fit our needs! If you are looking for a venue, look no further! One of our favorite things about our experience with this venue was working with Brad. Brad was INCREDIBLE. He was so patient with us and answered all of our questions leading up to the event. The night of the event, he was a rockstar. This venue is beautiful! We celebrated our daughter's Sweet 16 and had a "glow party" theme. We had about 70 guests and there was plenty of space for eating, dancing, for the photo station and video game area. Many parents commented on how beautiful this location is. Also, coordinating with Brad was so easy. He responds quickly and makes sure that we had everything we needed. We would definitely book again.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful this space was! The host was amazing; leading up to our event, he was always quick to answer questions, and the day of the event, he made sure we had everything we needed for our night to be a big success. The space itself worked wonderfully, was in a great location, and there was plenty of street parking (we rented the space on a Saturday night, and all of our guests found parking within a block of the venue). I would book again, without hesitation!
