The studio has a high 12-13' ceiling throughout and totals 1,900 ft², with 1,500 ft² of flexible, open floor space, and 100 linear feet of white gallery walls. AVAILABLE AMENITIES include WiFi, surround-sound audio system, and an LED projector and screen is available for rental in two different configurations. The studio is just up the street from Warner Bros., in the desirable Magnolia Park neighborhood, with free street parking in front and three reserved spaces in the back. Ground-level access, with a custom-designed 10'x10' loading door at the back for easy load in. Visitor's first reaction is that it is larger than it appears in photographs. The space provides a comfortable place for hosting parties, meetups, art shows, fundraisers, launch events and book signings, with easy access in a safe, pleasant neighborhood. Within walking distance to restaurants, bars, and coffee shops, and Porto's Cuban Bakery is just a block away! Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

This space is absolutely wonderful! The photos don’t do it justice. It’s very large & open, beautifully designed & clean. We hosted my son’s dance themed 4th birthday party here & it was perfect. Brad was so professional, kind & great to work with. From the moment I contacted him to see the space until the end of the party, he was responsive, kind & helpful in providing me with vendors & resources I needed to make my party a success. I couldn't recommend this spade more. It was such a delightful experience.
