1930's Spanish house loaded with charm. Ideal for Photo shoots and Filming. Plenty of street parking. Access to 2 bathrooms. Chef's Kitchen. Host available on site to help with logistics. We have photography equipment available for rental, please inquire.

- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Very beautiful house, worked perfect for my needs! Jill was very friendly, a good communicator and even helped me out referring me to her friends for more properties (greatly appreciated!). Two adorable and very curious cats in the house! Definitely recommended for photo shoots!

We had a great day in Jill's gorgeous home. She answered all of our questions and was very easy to work with. We did a lifestyle photo shoot in the kitchen, dining room, and living room, and we couldn't be happier with the results. We highly recommend this spot!
