THE FIRST FLOOR GALLERY PROVIDES OPPORTUNITIES FOR ARTISTS AND CURATORS to benefit the local arts community. The Gallery also makes for a unique setting for cocktail events and off-site meetings. The Gallery is 1800 sq/ft and can accommodate 60 guests for a seated dinner and 95 guests cocktail party style. FEBRUARY MEETING SPECIAL Weekday Full Day Rental (includes 6hrs): $1,000 Friday/Saturday Full Day Rental (includes 6hrs): $2,000 Catering must be brought in through a certified catering company with business license, catering license, liquor license and certificate of insurance. Liquor license not needed if no alcohol is being served. Events less than 50 guests can order drop-off catering. Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
