All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Our conference room can fit up 6 people comfortably. It has a large conference table, a 42″ HD monitor, and a large white board. Free coffee, tea and water service. This conference room is available Monday through Friday, 9am - 5pm. The facility is conveniently located on the corner of Main Street and S. Santa Cruz Avenue in the heart of Los Gatos with restaurants and shops just steps away.

Parking description
Onsite parking and valet parking have a 3 hour limit. Parking lot across the street on W. Main Street has a 3 hour limit. Free all day parking - South Side Lot located at S. Santa Cruz Avenue just south of the Post Office across from the Toll House Hotel, Park Avenue Lot located on Park Avenue at W. Main Street and Montebello Lot on Montebello Way next to the Post Office. Street parking is 2 hours.
