We had the pleasure to host our two meetings twice in Pam’s spacious meeting room in the Loop. From the start of the process to the end, Pam and Nina were outstanding hosts. Pam made it easy to answer many questions even before booking the conference. After we booked the meeting room, Pam and Nina continued their excellent customer service and made sure we would have everything we needed to provide a positive environment. They were amazing and went beyond what we needed to have our guests welcome and refreshed during their long meetings. The event space was perfect for our group of 20 people and the hosts kept water pitchers filled, etc. They even reconfirmed with the catering company (we had booked separately) that the driver knew his way around and delivered on time. Pam and Ari were very helpful during our event. I initially had concerns when booking that the space wouldn't feel light and open enough- but it was perfect. The screen was on the smaller side for a room so big, and the attendees sitting furthest away either had to walk up to the front to see, or pull it up the slide deck on their computers. Otherwise the space was perfect. Thanks!
