All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Located at 1500 Rosecrans Ave., Suite 500 in Manhattan Beach. Any traveling business person will appreciate the nearness of LAX, which is only 4 miles, or about 10 minutes away. The beach is also nearby, just a few minutes from the office. On-site there is an open lot for parking at $20 per vehicle (cash upon exiting), and plenty of metered parking on the street. A metro station is just 2 and a half miles from the building, that offers the Metro Green Line, and about half a mile from the building is a bus stop. This is a wonderful, newly remodeled conference room that seats up to 4 guests, kitchen with all the essentials (water, coffee, tea, utensils, plates, etc). We also have a full-time staff here to help you out, and everything is kept meticulously clean for you at all times. WiFi is included, conference phone, a beautiful glass dry erase board in the room w/ markers for you, and all cables to project from your laptop to the flat screen. If you have any special requests, just let us know ahead of time and we will do our best to accommodate! ***Please note that we are only open M-F from 8:30am-5pm. Parking description
The parking lot entrance is off of Parkview (behind Rosecrans). Please pull a guest ticket. Enter through the glass lobby doors on the parking level, and we are located on the 5th floor. Our reception is to the right once you exit the elevator, my administrative staff will greet you in the lobby.
General Rules
The room will not be accessed prior to the booking start time. Room will need to be vacated when the booking end time commences.
Please leave the space as you found it. Please do not touch the cords behind the TV, our staff with assist with everything you need!

we had some challenging issues this time at this facility. the wifi was not working consistently until the second half of our session (which was a major drag), and we couldn't get access to our conference room on time (30+ minutes delayed access). I have had other very positive experiences with this location/facility in the past and would use it again, but this particular time it seems as if we encountered the perfect storm of negative issues.

BEAUTIFUL LOCATION! also very very very clean and just as on the pictures. Thank you Amy the personal office space along with the huge conference room helped so much!
