I never write reviews, this will be the first ever. We had a GREAT experience at this venue. Everyone connected it with from first contact to last was fabulous. It's an awesome venue for the right purpose as it was for us, the people connected with it FIRST RATE and so hospitable and easy and enjoyable to work with.
Attila and Maria were awesome with all the special arrangements we required for our interview shoot. They were helpful and accommodating to our needs. The space looked great and was the perfect vibe for our shoot. There were many options for different "looks" for each individual interview. On the first day, we had a little sound issue with some outside noise, but we were able to adjust the set up inside to move forward. Thanks for everything!
Maria and the venue were the nicest, most accommodating people to work with. This space was perfect for a rehearsal dinner of about 50-60 people. I will absolutely use this space again for something fun in the future.
We had our wedding at this space last weekend, and without a trace of hyperbole I can say that this venue is absolutely perfect. All our guests raved about it, both upon arrival and days later. Other reviews note that it can comfortably accommodate hundreds of guests, but on the flip side we had about 45 guests and it still felt cozy and intimate. It has so many different areas and rooms to explore - we didn't even notice the pool table the first time we visited! Maria and Peter, the hosts, ended up going out of the town for our event, but they sent two point people in their stead to make sure everything ran smoothly (it did)! Don't hesitate to book this as a wedding venue - it's extremely versatile, and looks even better than in the pictures.
This is a one of a kind cool DTLA space complete with tables, chairs, stage, dance floor, lighting, projection screen, clean bathrooms, a full kitchen etc. Don't be put off by the homeless encampment down the block. It did not impact our party at all. The space is really unique and comes with everything. Make sure to ask about weekend booking fee and kitchen usage fee so that you understand all the costs up front. You won't find a more unusual and whimsical party space for the price!
If I could give this place 6 stars, I would. This place is amazing. I will be booking this place regularly. And they were so nice. Could not be more helpful.
