Huge 7,500 sq. ft. DTLA space Hourly / Daily / Weekly rent for Events, Wedding, Wedding Reception, Birthday Party, Concert, Filming, Art Exhibition, Company or Corporate Events, Business Launch Expo, Catering Event, Fashion Show, Church Worship, Wine Tasting, Formal Seated Dinner with parking on the street (free after 6 p.m.) Walking distance to Metro Blue line (801) Grand / LATTC Station. Optional parking available in the next-door building for up to 35 cars, for an additional fee. Main street level access; the roll-up door at the back entrance through the alley can be used for loading/unloading. We have a huge area for your off-site event including a stage, projector with screen, sound equipment, wooden dancing floor, bar space with refrigerators, separate dining area with connection to the kitchen to serve food. The kitchen has a refrigerator and cooking equipment. Separate bathrooms for man and woman. We have liability insurance through Peerspace booking. This is our customer comment "I fell in love with the space. We will use the open area for food and mingling. The bar is amazing and the extra sit down area is a nice quiet area for those that want to eat in peace :) Love the dance floor and lighting and all the furniture that you have!" Would be happy to show our space. Let me know if you are interested. Host up to 300 people standing, or 120 seated. Space is available 24/7. No need to worry about noise. Additional fee of $350 for Fridays and Weekends. The AV, AV Technician, Amplifier, Stage Lights, Full kitchen Air conditioning running costs and the parking for 40 cars next-door building are not included in the price.
Requested rental period is inclusive of load-in, setup, tear down, and clean up. You may rearrange the furniture and decoration at our venue as long as you return everything to its place. Guests must notify us of any damage. to discuss further details
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

This place is a dream come true. You get everything you need all in one huge space. A kitchen, a stage, dance floor, two bathrooms, and lots of square footage to work with. Truly is a fantastic space, and the owners are attentive and very welcoming. I can tell they put a lot of hard work into their space and every piece of decor has been carefully selected.
