Downtown LA huge 7,500 sq. ft. space Hourly / Daily / Weekly rates for Production with Stage and Dance Floor with A/V Equipment, Office, Library, Hair/Make-up Room, Classic Piano, Bar, Pool Table, Restaurant and Kitchen. The venue comes with skylights that are usually covered. Street-level access; roll-up door at the back entrance (via the alley) for convenient load-in/load-out. Metered parking on the street (free after 6 p.m. and Sundays all day). Indoor parking in the next-door building for up to 15 cars, $15/car, DEPENDING ON AVAILABILITY. Walking distance to Metro Blue line (801) Grand / LATTC Station. Production can run 24/7. There is a surcharge of $50 per hour for Production after 10:00 p.m. Rates: Up to 9 people $90 From 10 to 24 people $100 From 25 to 39 people $120 From 40 to 59 people $150 From 60 to 120 people $240 The AV, AV Technician, Amplifier, Stage Lights, Full kitchen and A/C and heater usage and parking for up to 15 cars in the next-door building (if available) are NOT included in the price; extra charges apply. Our rules: We do not allow the consumption of alcohol or the use of drugs during film or music video production unless they are used as props, with prior approval. We open the doors at the start time you requested. Depending on our schedule, we may be able to grant you a 15-minute head start OR a 15-minute grace period to load out. Any overtime beyond that will be charged the hourly rate in half-hour increments. We charge for the time you occupy our space, including load-in/load-out time, until the last person leaves the premises. Please make sure to book for as many people as you are expecting. "People" includes crew, cast, extras, guests and friends. If more people show up than the amount you booked, we will charge for the extra people and/or reserve the right to cancel your booking. If you move furniture, please make sure to pick up the pieces and not drag them across the floor as they can damage the lacquered surface. Please make sure to return all pieces to their original place. If numerous items are not returned to their original place, we will charge $50 to return the items. Please ask for permission to drill or nail anything into the walls. Please do NOT us gaffer tape on the floor as it could damage the lacquered floor. Some of the art work at the venue can be used only with a release. Please ask before you use them for your shoot. Please ask for permission before you plug into any electrical outlet, especially if your device may draw more than 10 Amps or 1200 Watts. There will be a restocking fee for some items you borrow. Please leave the venue as clean as you found it. We will charge for any cleanup required beyond simple detailing and trash removal. If you use glitter, we will charge a $100 cleanup fee unless you clean it up yourself. We may require the hiring of security guard(s) at our guests' (renters') expense in the interest of safety for all parties concerned.
