Our catering minimum is $1000. This required minimum goes towards the dining and beverage consumption and will be tailored to your event. Pricing typically starts at $50/per person. No loud music after 10pm No smoking Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors IMPORTANT: You will be charged 1.5x hourly rate for any early arrivals or late departures in 30 minute intervals. Please consider your needs for the day and factor that set-up and wrap-up time into your booking accordingly. Advance notice helps me to better coordinate my day, and to schedule the cleaners. CHECK-IN The door will be unlocked and you are welcome to come in at your stated arrival time. An on-site host will give you an introduction to the space including details regarding: Wi-Fi, A/V, kitchen use, heating/cooling, and emergency instructions. - Feel free to reconfigure the furniture to suit your needs - I am grateful to learn of damage as soon as possible so that repairs can be made before the next guest arrives. Guests are responsible for the cost of the repairs. CHECK-OUT - The departure of your group at the stated end time is much appreciated - Please return furniture to how you found it upon arrival - Please place all used dishes, glasses, etc in the dishwasher or sink and use the provided trash and recycle bins for all waste. - If a farewell in person is not possible, the code to the digital lock and instructions for its use will be covered in your introduction Your feedback for improvements and suggestions for enhancing the space are greatly appreciated!
This space was perfect for our video shoot. It's even better than the pictures indicate, with lots of nice, natural light and ample amounts of space. We would definitely book here again!
Really awesome space. We used it for a company/team planning offsite. Mix of functional 'desk' space with casual lounge furniture to soften the space. Wifi bandwidth was great, never faltered. As wide as the images make it look (I was worried it'd be too narrow) - roomy enough to gather and chat in groups. Great to have kitchen space as well to serve lunch out of. I was actually looking at one of Tim's other spaces, that ended up not being available. He then turned me to this space and it was actually perfect. Tim is really great he helped me find space for all of my needs for this event in one stop. He is really great I would recommend any of his spaces to anyone!
This was a supercool converted space that hit the right balance of cozy/down-to-earth without being too "shabby chic". We loved working with the staff and felt it was just the right amount of space for 50 family and friends to celebrate our son's 1st birthday. The event space director was incredibly flexible and willing to accommodate many of our special requests, given that we had some traditional family customs to include. All in all, a great time was had. Pros: bright, modern, urban space that is event-ready Cons: only 1 bathroom, space got a bit hot with 50 people inside
