All Booking start and end times are inclusive of set up and clean up time. Trash must be taken out at the end of your booking, and placed in the outdoor dumpster located in the back of the parking lot. Additional 200.00 cleaning fee may be applied if space is left exceptionally messy. Security, Insurance and appropriate permits are required for guest list over 75 people Also any additional personal equipment from the space will require a deposit and request in advance ***Bottom line: Please leave the studio in the condition it was presented to you. All trash must be removed at the end of the event all equipment returned and any chairs/table returned to their original positions. No smoking in the space.
