We offer: •Assistance with set-up and break-down •Can coordinate food and beverage vendors •Come equipped with a full kitchen for storage and preparation, •Provide access to our sound system for personalized playlists. Joe Payton, the founder, is a serial entrepreneur with decades of experience in real estate and business development. Shelby Riggs, the Community Manager, organizes events, coordinates art shows and speaker series, and handles all PR, community events, and membership relations. They are here to help and want to meet you!

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
