Situated in the industrial heart of the Mission District, we are dedicated to retaining creative production in the city for some of the most forward thinkers in art, technology, and design. Be invited into our unique space through a garage roll-up door leading into a lovely open show-stopping entranceway. Display areas flank the minimal stairway, guiding you and your guests into our open concept, high ceiling, and floor-to-ceiling window event space. We provide a variety of designer furniture throughout your event which is easily moveable depending upon a customized floor plan. The city has a strict policy for our space and requires a Fire Marshall for more than 100 attendees. PRICING Please note: When not hosting private events, we operate as a coworking facility open to our members. Our pricing is relative to closing to our members for your event. FOOD AND BAR *Beverages: Preferred vendors list available. License required. *Food: Preferred vendors list available. *Outside catering is allowed with prior approval. ADDITIONAL TRASH FEE A cleaning fee is included in all full-day rentals. An additional $350 fee will apply for excessive trash removal at Host's discretion. Guests are encouraged to take all trash upon end of booking to avoid this fee. LOAD-IN TO LOAD-OUT Included in booking rate. Please coordinate with the facility manager for any and all drop offs and pickups THE DAY OF the event. An additional $600/per day will apply for any load-in and load-out outside of date of the booking. RESTRICTIONS: • No nails, screws, staples, tape or gummed backed materials may be used to attach or affix anything to the furniture, walls, or building. • No glitter or confetti of any kind is allowed on site. • No sparklers, Roman candles, or fire producing gags or effects. • No face painting, hand paints, stains, or other similar activity allowed. SETUP AND CLEANUP TIMES Set-up and clean-up time should be included as part of your total rental time. Please consider your setup and teardown needs for the evening and factor time into your booking accordingly. Per Peerspace terms, overtime charge at 1.5x NO SMOKING FIRE MARSHALL AND PERMITS $350 Permit with the Fire Department is required for any/all events hosting more than 100 attendees. $135/hr Fire Marshall fee required during the event, plus one-hour prior and one-hour post per the city permit. ($1,080/8-hrs)
The space couldn't have worked out better for our community meetup. We got a lot of WOWs as people walked into the space. The hosts were very accommodating and allowed us to use in-house furniture to set-up for our panel discussion with theater style seating. Our team booked enough prep time to come in and make the adjustments we needed in the space to make it work for our event. We used Peerspace Concierge service to book some tasty bites for our attendees. The clean-up process was simple, my team helped bag all the trash and put the furniture back into place. We will definitely be booking this space again!
Hosted several Tech events this year in this space: what a gorgeous venue in quiet street of Mission. Love the openness and how the space is like a blank canvas. Staff is phenomenal and helpful. Looking forward to hosting another event there.
