The building is right by I-80 and Highway 101 and is surrounded by restaurants and shopping. There are a few hotels and many other businesses in the area. Unique Amenities Included: -A large conference area with two 70" displays, a 42" vertical display, 9' white board and a table that can comfortably seat 8-10 guests (curtains allow more private atmosphere) - Seating: 8 office chairs, 8 black chairs, 6 white chairs, 2 arm chairs, 15 folding padded black chairs and couching seating for up to 4 (as seen in the photos). The team loved having this space for the day! Host welcomed them in, they had everything they needed, big and bright! Definitely would come back here again!
Domenico, Mona, and the team are great to work with. Make sure you leave extra time at the start & end to rearrange chairs if you're going to! Also - warn caterers that it's a 3rd floor walk-up, check A/V beforehand if you want to use it, and tell people to enter on 8th street (Ubers took all of us to the back alley behind the venue). All in all a nice, clean space, just a bit tough to make logistics very smooth.
This venue was absolutely perfect for our networking mixer. We had a ladies only event with wine tasting and there was plenty of space for our guests to mingle while still feeling like they were in a communal space and not too spread out. The venue was centrally located so that all of our guests could get there easily from public transportation, helping to make the evening a success.
Space was wonderful for our offsite. It has plenty of room for breakouts sessions and all the amenities necessary to have a productive day. I recommend this space for offsites from 10 ppl - 30 ppl.
