About the Space

4,000 imaginative open square feet of space with natural lighting and 15 ft ceilings with windows covering the walls ready for your next photo shoot, video shoot, casting, workshop, or planning meeting. 360 degree space view here https://app.immoviewer.com/portal/tour/1133530 The loft is super quiet and sits at the top floor of three story building with private dedicated access on ground floor. Please note there is no elevator in the building. Security entrance with camera and buzzer entrance. Air conditioning and fresh air from windows that open. The building is right by I-80 and Highway 101 and is surrounded by restaurants and shopping. There are a few hotels and many other businesses in the area. Unique Amenities Included: -A large conference area with two 70" displays, a 42" vertical display, 9' white board and a table that can comfortably seat 8-10 guests (curtains allow more private atmosphere) - Seating: 8 office chairs, 8 black chairs, 6 white chairs, 2 arm chairs, 15 folding padded black chairs and couching seating for up to 4 (as seen in the photos). -No smoking or illicit activities. -All additional services need to be coordinated with concierge@peerspace.com They know our space the best and can recommend great packages based on your needs. -All rentals include set up and clean up time. -Hours outside of regular availability will be billed at a higher rate of 1.5x our hourly rate. - Feel free to move furniture to fit your activity. All we ask is that you put things back in there place when finished. -CLEANING: All bookings incur a cleaning fee of $150 per day. Please place all trash in bags prior to leaving. Fee covers cleaning services as well as trash pick-up.

Yes, I would book again.

I booked this place for one day video and photo production. The space is well lit and extremely large which left plenty of room to shoot, stage gear and set up craft services. The booking process was fast, easy and very responsive. It's located on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator, so make sure you have enough crew load in and out.

Domenico's event space was exactly what we were looking for for our team meeting! The space is huge and has lots of versatility to rearrange for small breakouts, different set up options, etc., and is close enough in SOMA that most of our team walked there. The lighting and feel of the space is great, and the sonos speakers were a nice touch.

This space was amazing!!! It was more than enough room for our 50 guest anniversary party, with a photo booth, bar, dance floor and kitchen space for the caterers. Our contact from the venue was super attentive and let us visit multiple times to ensure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this beautiful space for any event you're thinking of hosting!!

The space was completely perfect for our corporate workshop. Great location, true to the description, lots of space for breakout sessions, excellent support, and size was perfect for ~35 people.

This space is amazing! When I got there I actually felt like the videos and photos didn't do it enough justice. The space was well designed and spacious. The layout was conducive to a flow that enabled attendees to focus on the event and decompress when needed. Event: I hosted a day long summit with a photobooth in one of the side rooms and the space was perfect. Tips: Be sure to get details of space instructions clarified prior to ensure you know where everything is ie. lights. FYI if you have folks who may not be able to get up stairs be aware of the lack of elevator if your event may have individuals with disabilities.

This space was great! It's huge and there is a lot of flexibility for how you want to set it up. Booking and planning was straight forward and easy. The only thing in the 'con' column was that the acoustics of such a large room made hearing tough at times- not enough to keep me from booking it again though.
