1. All Guest and Guest Invitees must be at least 18 years of age, or accompanied
by at least one (1) Guest or a Guest Invitee at least 18 years of age. In no
instance are minors under the age of 8 permitted in the Building for more than 1
hour per day.
2. Guest is solely and fully responsible for ensuring that neither Guest nor Guest
Invitees loiter outside the Building where the Space is located. Guest and Guest
Invitees’ presence in or around the Building shall at all times be in connection
with Guest’s use of its applicable Space license rights.
3. Common Areas are designed for temporary use by all Guests and Guest Invitees
permitted in the Building, and may not be used for continuous work or enjoyment.
Guests and Guest Invitees shall exercise reasonable discretion in using the
Common Areas and are not permitted to engage in any activity that interferes
with any other guest or guest invitees’ access to the Common Areas.
4. Guests and Guest Invitees shall keep any computing devices or electronic
equipment used in the Space, the Building, or in connection with the Shared
Facilities clean of any malware, viruses, spyware, worms, Trojans, or anything
designed to perform malicious, hostile or intrusive operations. Host reserves the
right to remove any device that poses a threat to the Space, Building, Shared
Facilities or other guests in the Building, including without limitation threats to
any shared internet connections utilized in the Building.
5. Guest shall register all Guest Invitees with Host prior to providing Guest Invitees
access to the Space or the Building, subject to Host’s security procedures or
policies.
6. Guest and Guest Invitees shall not touch, use or otherwise occupy any space in
the Building other than the Space explicitly described in Guest’s licensing
agreement, the Common Areas, or the Shared Facilities as provided by Host.
7. Guest shall be provided access to the Space and Building 24 hours a day, 7 days
a week, provided however that any use of the Space or Building for lodging or
residential purposes are strictly prohibited. If Guest intends to access the Space
or Building for overnight use, Guest must provide the Community Manager at
least twenty-four (24) hours prior written notice. Notwithstanding the foregoing,
overnight use of any Building parking in all instances is strictly prohibited.
8. Guests and Guest Invitees must visibly display their parking permits at all times
while using Building parking.
9. Host shall be in charge of cleaning the Common Areas and the Shared Facilities.
However, Guests are responsible for cleaning their Spaces during the Term of
their license.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
