An intimate, cabaret-style theatre space connects to an urban coffeehouse in the middle of what The Huffington Post calls, "The hippest block in Los Angeles." It's the perfect space for corporate or private events. The theatre has 15 cabaret tables and seating for up to 50 people. Seating can be adjusted into any configuration for your event's needs. The space is complete with full theatre lighting, a 120″ projector screen and computer projection capabilities with Apple TV, as well as free in-theatre Wi-Fi. These amenities make the space ideal for webinars, PowerPoint presentations, film screenings, etc., all facilitated by our capable technicians. The stage is 12' x 12' with a small backstage area. For an extra $50/hour, you can utilize our full back line for live music. There is a small production office located above the theatre, available to rent for an additional $30/hour. If you need a technician to run your event, the fee will be $75 for up to 5 hours (including load in) and $15 per hour thereafter. The storefront cafe is 1000 square feet with seating for 20. It features a 12-rack convection oven, La Marzocco 3-group espresso machine, batch brewer and all accoutrement associated with an upscale gourmet coffeehouse. Our cafe offers catering packages for an additional cost. Please contact us within 48 hours with any catering requests.
Cleaning after the event is the renter's responsibility; please leave the space as you found it. Chairs and tables must be returned to their original locations, and all trash must be disposed of properly. There is a $100.00 cleaning fee for leaving the space dirty or disordered. Cleaning supplies are available upon request. You can test your files on our audio and visual equipment prior to your event. Contact us to arrange a time. The space will be available to your guests 15-20 minutes prior to the event's start time. We recommend that you arrive earlier. Please make sure that the contact information is correct and specific to the person who will act as our point of contact both before and during the event.
Loved this space. Loved Jonathan and his staff. Very organized and easy to work with. Every detail attended to. The space itself was perfect for our event that included a live performance. Will definitely be booking future events here.
This space was ideal for our event's needs, and the booking process was very simple and understandable. Jonathan, the venue's manager, was tremendously professional and accommodating. On the day of, we had a last-minute emergency, and he was very gracious and helpful in assuring that our meeting went off without a hitch or delay. We will indeed be utilizing this space in the future.
Everything about the Cabaret was fantastic. Jonathan did a great job working with us in advance of our party; and the staff on hand that night were amazingly helpful. Would highly recommend the space!
I'm already trying to find an excuse to book this space again. Everyone, from the cafe to Jonathan to the technical staff was accommodating, quick and professional. They worked with me on all my ideas, concerns and requests. I held an event that was very important to me here and they helped it come to life and put my mind at ease. Highly recommended.
Jonathan was great throughout the entire process and very responsive. Great space. Greatly appreciate him bearing with me through everything. Not recommended for Rap/Hip-Hop shows but for anything else the space is a great find and great value.
