Must show proof of production insurance prior to arrival. Time Booked must include set up and clean up. Rented area must be cleaned and vacated by the end of the rental period. Renter and its crew shall remain liable for any Equipment, Furniture and/or Property Damage. ARRIVE AND LEAVE ON TIME • Rental starts and ends as set forth in Agreement • All set-up and clean up time must take place during paid rental hours COMPLY WITH ALL ORDINANCES & LAWS • Secure any necessary permits. • Renter assumes legal and financial responsibility for any violations resulting from their event. LIABILITY • Renter agrees to obtain assigned Liability Release for all persons, models or employees on premises before use of Studio. Shop will not be held liable for any injuries or accidents to either the renter, renter’s assistants, renter’s models, or renter's clients that occur within or outside the studio premises.

Awesome space and really awesome hosts, very easy to deal with and accommodating. I would definitely book again!

This location is fabulous! It has a few different car lifts, a bunch of auto themed set dressing, and a ton of personality/charm. The location manager is extremely friendly and easy to work with. I'd be happy to shoot here again and would highly recommend to other filmmakers.
